Individuals under 13.

Baby Barn is committed to protecting the safety of children online. In compliance with the Children's Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Baby Barn will never knowingly request or use personal information from children under 13 years of age without prior parental consent. If Baby Barn receives actual knowledge that a subscriber is under 13 years of age, Baby Barn will eliminate all personal information relating to this subscriber from our files. For special offers and promotions, we don't collect information from users under 18 years of age.

What information we collect and how we use it.

When participating in an online special offer, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and mailing address.
